This is an extremely rare, limited production factory built race car. This beautiful 2018 COPO Camaro Hot Wheels 50th Anniversary edition is one of only 69 COPOs built in 2018, and one of only 29 Hot Wheels 50th Anniversary COPOs produced. It has never been raced or modified, and has traveled less than 5 miles since produced. It is a truly brand new car in every way! Finished in a beautiful orange hue called "Crush" that is specific to just the Hot Wheels cars and featuring those classic Hot Wheels graphics, this COPO is a neck snapper. Under the hood of this monster is a hand assembled 427CI LSX V-8 with Holley Sniper FI on a high rise aluminum intake manifold. This engine was hand assembled at the GM Performance Build Center and is certified for NHRA Sportsman class racing. The transmission is a three speed automatic with a ratcheting shifter for racing use. The suspension features coil over racing shocks at all for corners for adjustability and a solid rear axle out back to put the power to the Hoosier racing slicks. Brakes are lightweight discs front and rear with performance calipers and pads. The body was taken off the production line and modified for COPO use making it lightweight and removing any unecessary brackets or sheet metal. A full roll cage is installed and is NHRA certified, along with racing bucket seats, a rear seat delete, and full six point racing harnesses. Out back is a racing fuel cell, dual batteries, a push/pull style kill swith, wheelie bars and a parachute. This COPO is #41 of the 69 COPOs produced. It comes with the original build book and a thumb drive with pictures of the build process.
